1st process |
As a rule in the beginning, we offer a free consultation on web design and its applications. Not only that, we also give an overall idea as to the current trend of the market. One of our Web Analysts discusses with clients regarding the nature and purpose of websites. At the same time we also try to know thoroughly what the client requires and not requires. The client gives the idea of quote/delivery schedule within his budget before we proceed.
We also sends SOW (Statement of work) to our Customers, which shows the complete understanding of the project.

2nd process (Quotation) |
| IWI Infotech always have a big dream to provide a nicely organized website that helps to get rank in Google, Yahoo, MSN and all major search engines. This is one of the most important processes in our Company Process. After the acceptance of SOW (Statement of Work) from the Customer, we provide a quotation for the new project. We normally recommend the Clients/Customers to enroll for our Online Web Packages which is suitable to your newly established or pre-existing business. If you feel that is comfortable to your needs then you may proceed, otherwise you can take advantage of our custom services. |

3rd process (Payment) |

After the completion of the 1st & 2nd Processes, you have to make a payment, which can be done online or you can do the same to one of our sales executives. |

4th process (Work commencement) |
|
Now we start your work as soon as we receive your payments. One of our project leaders handles your project. You will be interviewed off and on for the requirement of your website/ project and you will be informed time to time regarding the development of your work. The aim of discussion with you is to know about your projects minutely and type of people will visit your website. And at last, we will ask to provide us web content; else our qualified Content Writer will be writing for you. |

5th process (Customer approval) |

Once we finish design and development then we send all the completed works to our client for his/her comments/remarks/modifications.& try to get the confirmation as soon as possible. |

6th process (Implementation) |
|
This process involves website uploading or software installation. |

7th process (Support) |
We provide after sales 24x 7 online supports.
